What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Native Instruments offers free shipping worldwide in many countries. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept the following payment methods:

How long will delivery take?

When you order your goods from a US website, the Merchant will normally take 2-3 days to deliver it to your Borderlinx Suite address. The time interval will depend on which of the Merchant’s shipping methods you select.

Borderlinx can, if you wish, consolidate your shipments and ship when you instruct; please then allow 2-6 days (depending upon the level of service you have chosen) for your shipment to arrive at your address. On average, it takes 4-6 business days with Standard Service and 2-3 business days with Express Service. These are estimates, not guarantees; shipping time can vary depending on factors such as weather, possible customs delays, and whether the delivery address is in a city or a remote area.

The longest part of the delivery process is often the final mile (or kilometer) of delivery to your address.

If you are normally out during the day, we can deliver your shipment to your place of work or to a friend – just complete the ‘Delivery address (if different)’ section in your personal details. (This alternative address must be in the same country as your registration address).

You can edit your delivery address at any time before shipping, by pressing ‘Account details’ below your Suite Number. However, once a shipment is released, the delivery address can not be modified.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption on one of the payment gateway providers that you choose during the checkout process. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. We subscribe to SiteLocksecurity services as an added layer of protection.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail and a confirmation page on Byzantos. Both the e-mail and the confirmation page will contain your download links. Your account will also be updated with the products you ordered and the links for the downloads.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received. For orders paid by credit card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online wire transfer), we will issue an invoice immediately. For orders paid by wire transfer or check, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received. In any case, we will automatically e-mail your invoice or order confirmation to your billing address. The order documents are sent with the e-mail as PDF attachments.

In addition, you can view and print your order documents at any time after completing your order. Just log on to the secure “My Account” area. You will find an overview of your orders and all accompanying documents there.
